Police riot breaks out on Saturday. Is this how it will end?

They are not getting enough press coverage. It doesn't seem like they have a media strategy, and it seems a bit unclear exactly what they want to achieve with their protest.

The press is a whore.... If these kids could get some celebrity to act as an official spokesperson for them, they would have a much better chance of drawing attention to themselves and get a message across to the public.

How many times have we heard the Murnut lamenting, "How come the people haven't taken to the streets to protest the selling out of the nation to the banksters?". Well here's your chance, tea man. It's happening right now and in your hood. Where's Squeaky Ron? Shouldn't he be addressing the kids in the streets? Aren't they doing his good work of protesting the Banks and the Fed? Does anyone really care as long as they manage to snooker three squares a day out of some corporation or other? Well, the kids in the streets do, at least...

If you can't, or won't , be there at least spread the word before that inevitable moment when boots crush necks.

I was talking with a person out here about the stock and commodities markets. This person's main concern was that Hillary Clinton had once made $100K in the options market. We are doomed.

I think it's shameful how the police have treated a lot of these protesters.

Peaceful protest gets nowhere. We have seen it over and over. At Kent State it got people shot.

When people finally tire of the fools running the country, they will pick up arms.

A factory can still be run by workers without a CEO. (I suppose that is the 4 factories...). So can the rest of infrastructure and business. Tell the politicals and CEOs, no soup for you, asshat. Bullets only.

i believe strongly in peaceful protest. it does often work. look what Gandhi and Martin were able to pull off. but you're also right- it often ends badly. the reactionaries have way more guns than the people can even imagine- and yet the people sometimes win.
