Sewerage is no longer flowing into the Hudson River according to a new report at Drudge.

Authorities have a new theory about what caused the fire.
It was one of the five pump engines that caught fire on Wednesday, officials said. No official cause was declared, but the fire was not considered suspicious. Workers at the plant theorized that a turbocharger on the engine overheated and broke, rupturing a fuel line. We are sorry we first blamed it on ragheads said Frank Dwyer, a spokesman for the Fire Department.
Credo quia absurdum.

The average CTer on the street is leaning toward the theory that the plant finally had more crap than it could take and attempted suicide.
