The parking lot

I am walking through a parking lot. A woman walks past me. I say Hi as she passes. She hesitates a bit, turns, and returns a hello. She then asks if the post office is open. Since it is midday I say it should be.

She then states that her name is Lubba, Lubba Chassis. I note that it is an interesting name.

So Lubba, was your family in the automotive business. No she says. When I was born, dad was a pin monkey at the Southside Lanes. Everyone called him Ace.

It occurs to me that it does not seem tie together but then life make for some odd circumstances.

Did your dad, Ace, know a man named EightBall. She said he did. I thought so.
