How can astral travel be weaponized? Within the plane of our physical existence?

You suggest or hint at a theory based on experience yet mention only by 'whispers'. So the whole of this theory and your experience?

As far as projection, can you names some places or people visited?

Another question.

Can astral travel be mistaken for dream, or is always it purposeful.

In other words, would a person never be able to mistake a dream for astral and visa versa. They always have and must have full knowledge that they are traveling.

Many authors speculate dreaming and astral projection are the same thing. That they are different intensities of the same phenomenon.

The exception with astral traveling when compared to dreaming is that their are noticeable changes in the body of the "traveler". Plus, the concious has more clarity and unlike a forgetful dream. For example, a dream would be recalled when the dreamer wakes up. But with astral travel, the traveler is aware of the transition from sleep to astral travel in its inception and can recall many more details as one would in real life.

That is interesting.

That would imply dreaming is a weaker astral travel. But if they are the same there should be no transition, only a strengthening or higher degree, etc. Unless transition is meant to mean the strengthening or whatever makes it the higher degree.
