If something with thought process was outside the bubbles that are universes then it might be able to understand all those universes.

Can something inside understand that which is outside? Seems difficult.

If something outside a universe has an influence on that universe then maybe those inside could never understand their universe.

Probably maths that describe that situations. Maybe right, maybe wrong.
