Chat moderator - SweetGrass

SweetGrass was appointed as a chat mod today for the chat app that is outside of the forum.
Since she pushed for chat I figure she can help deal with the 'situations'.
I think she'll be great.
If members are using the chat at a time when she normally isn't around, and they feel the need to have moderation available, then send a suggestion for a person to me. If it is getting used quite a bit then a few mods is a good idea.
