Was going to post:

"It will be interesting to see how NK responds to the stealth fly-by knowing that they respond in 24-72 hrs."

But the hype train came earlier than scheduled:
(Reuters) - North Korea put its rocket units on standby on Friday to attack U.S. military bases in South Korea and the Pacific, after the United States flew two nuclear-capable stealth bombers over the Korean peninsula in a rare show of force.

North Korean leader Kim Jong-un signed off on the order at a midnight meeting of top generals and "judged the time has come to settle accounts with the U.S. imperialists in view of the prevailing situation", official KCNA news agency said.

On Thursday, the United States flew two radar-evading B-2 Spirit bombers on practice runs over South Korea, responding to a series of North Korean threats. They flew from the United States and back in what appeared to be the first exercise of its kind, designed to show America's ability to conduct long-range, precision strikes "quickly and at will", the U.S. military said.

Impressive but does the main man there even know it happened. Probably denying the threat in his head.

Interesting, I was thinking the same thing, they would have to rely on a press leak knowing they are stealth ? :)

Tomorrow, the US should fly a squadron over his house for the lulz.

I wonder the NK actually realizes the threat against them if they launch anything. Maybe he is really crazy. Hope not.

He doesn't have to be crazy. Just gullible. I'm thinking there are some father figures in his circle that know how to implode NK.

China would want to see what we have under the hood.

I think taunting the US military is a new past time for some national leaders.

Watched my first Korean War documentary last night. Had no idea China played a major role against the UN forces.
With economic and philosophical changes over the past couple decades, what would be the extent of China's support to North Korea?

Doubt if the situation has changed much. Trading partners. We will have to see how the changing times affect this relationship. doubt if change will be soon.

Threats of annihilation normal for South Koreans
Seoul, South Korea (CNN) -- As winter recedes, winds whip through downtown Seoul and chill the crowds of commuters on their way home. The sun is dropping and the pale golden light streams between tall buildings. A girl smiles as she chats excitedly on her cell phone. Men in black suits cluster on a street corner debating their happy hour destination.

ANNIALATION THREAT: Normal
