Re: Hiways
In all fairness, view should be clear, clear speech would be a bonus, except for the fact it is on the radio. I give them a 30/10, both output senses.Traffic uPdate Provided by Lenscrafters.
Re: Hiways
Out of Houston, there is I-59, which is now being call I-69, also with an old Congressman's name.
The news sometimes calls the end going NE, the Eastex (East Tex), from the old days because it goes through NE Texas. The other end headed SW gets called the Southwest freeway.
I-45 gets called Dallas (north), Galveston (south). From the other directions, it's the Houston Highway. Who would have thunk.
I-10 gets called Katy, headed west, Beaumont headed east.
There is also a Northwest, not an interstate.

Re: Hiways
In my area there are two older federal highways, predating I-10, parallel and on the north and south of it. The one to the north is named 90. The one to the south is Alternate 90. ALT 90 is the main drag through the closest town. Three stop lights.

Product Description
Smaller isn’t always better, but many prefer the compact ORCA TX-104 over the size and form factor of our other ORCA Transmitters. The TX-104, while about two-thirds the size of our other transmitters packs the same great punch in terms of performance.
The TX-104 is capable of being programmed for operation in fresh and salt water, or in salt water only. In either case, after being fully submerged for 3-5 seconds, the strobe light activates and the TX-104 begins transmitting a distress signal to all receivers in range. The user-replaceable CR-123 battery allows for continuous transmission for over 24 hours once the transmitter has been activated.
The TX-104 is capable of being integrated into the work uniform or flotation device preferred by the user. As well, the TX-104 has been uniquely designed to be capable of being worn pendant style over the head.

Re: Hiways
Kinda weird that yesterday, the idea of highways got into my head, the same day Chris Cornell past. My father was buried on May 17.
