Chatroom

Post by SweetGrass » Wed Apr 06, 2011 1:23 am

It's be nice to have one. There's some free ones out there like Chatango and some others. Chatango seems to work pretty fast.

You probably got a lot on yer plate right now, but it'd be something to consider when you get the chance.

When Amkon was a baby we had a crazy chat thing called the 'shout box.' Anyone could post there- members, guests, trolls... . I loved it. It was sheer hilarity and chaos. Why it was killed is still a mystery to me. Maybe it had to do with its immunity to moderation of any kind. But that was precisely why some of us loved it.

So I take it we have at least two fans of the genre!

The only thing bad about the shout box was the random audio advertisements that would blast out from your office computer and embarrass the shit who ever was at work playing on Amkon.

It was Jason who figured out where the noise was coming from and one of the reasons it got axed.

You can say it in a shout box or say it in a thread.

I like having a few moments to think about my intelligent responses.

Hahahahahahaha

That was an oxymoron right?

Pam, are you trying to spread enlightenment at the other place? What an optimist.
