This is consent to search a house

Post by Pigeon » Tue Apr 23, 2013 3:25 am

This happened in Watertown. Some people seem to believe this is consent to search.

So the police can order someone out at gunpoint which then gives consent to search without a warrant. Not buying it.

What is happening to the USA.

And if it's important enough, they can make you strip down naked. Who were those guys? The one in the street face down and the guy that stripped down. "Suspects" was plastered all over the screen.

A couple of 'oops, wrong guy' types.

I can't believe there are people who think armed cops showing up all over town and ordering people out at gunpoint is OK.

The best part is while Boston is being locked down, officials ask certain Dunkin Donuts to stay open to support coffee and donut needs of the police.

Can't make that stuff up.
