Post 95 year old nursing home patient taken down
A 95-year-old resident of an Illinois nursing home died early Saturday, hours after being shocked with a Taser and bean bag rounds in a confrontation with police.

Authorities said John Warna was a resident at Victory Centre of Park Forest, on the 100 block of South Main Street in the south suburb. He was threatening paramedics and staff with a cane and a metal shoehorn when police arrived at the complex, they said.

Police said they struck him with a Taser and bean bag rounds after he threatened officers with a 12-inch butcher knife.

Warna was taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center, where he later died.

A cause of death was not released by Saturday evening.

Here is the background that explains the action...

Within seconds of the call going out over the air waves, the multi trillion dollar NS* snooping system intercepted the transmission. The database of 'everyone and everything' (EAE) was searched and it was determined that this man's grand daughter was the food sample woman at Wal-mart who ran around with a knife and had to be shot. This immediately flagged him as a dangerous terrorist. Within seconds the team on site was notified of this deadly combatant and we see the result.

The good news is that this may uncovered a bug in their system which can be resolved. It failed to search and apply the data from the national citizen health database. Had the system used that data it would have been known that the man would not be able to survive the combination of electro tazer shock and bean bag force.

Update:

The engineers state this is not a bug. The terrorist flag bypasses the heath records check and that information is considered non applicable as is not to be considered in these events. All systems go.
