I know what you're saying. But in the end you're saying nothing. So why bother saying it?That's what I'm saying.

Re: Thoughts On Osama And The Middle East
Welp, now that I know what a quisling is, he definitely isn't one of those. He allied himself with the US to get the Soviets. Somewhere along the way after that he turned on the US (or, maybe, you can argue the US turned on him). Whatever... although, I suppose from the Saudi Royal family's point of view, Osama isn't a quisling but may be a traitor.

Actually Quisling allied himself with Adolf Hitler....Egg wrote:Welp, now that I know what a quisling is, he definitely isn't one of those. He allied himself with the US to get the Soviets.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vidkun_QuislingVidkun Abraham Lauritz Jonssøn Quisling (Norwegian: [ˈʋɪdkʉn ˈkʋɪʃlɪŋ] ( listen); 18 July 1887 – 24 October 1945) was a Norwegian politician. On 9 April 1940, with the German invasion of Norway in progress, he seized power in a Nazi-backed coup d'etat which garnered him international infamy. From 1942 to 1945 he served as Minister-President, working with the occupying forces. His government, known as the Quisling regime, was dominated by ministers from Nasjonal Samling (the party he had founded in 1933). After the war, negative associations with the German final solution added to hatred of the collaborationist government. Quisling was put on trial during the legal purge in Norway and found guilty of charges including embezzlement, murder and high treason. He was executed by firing squad at Akershus Fortress, Oslo on 24 October 1945. Today, quisling has become a synonym for traitor.
