What happened to you avatar? Am I the only one who sees just an empty box? If not, is it supposed to reflect the content of your brain?

Surprisingly, yes. :D
I love it when I'm right, hahahaha!

I suck at Nordic history, to tell you the truth. There is one story about a viking who for no apparant reason suddenly chopped the head off someone who was knealing down, drinking water from a river. When asked why he did it, he said: "Han sto så lagom til for hogg." ("He was just perfectly placed for it.")

Don't know for sure if this is a real viking story, though, but it's funny in a creepy way, hahaha.

My youngest son could probably tell you some good stories, he is studying the old nordic languages and are reading the old Viking king sagas and stuff. When he was 14 years old, he taught himself Icelandic and read Tolkien's books in that language.

 What a nerd!

(Very proud of him, of course.)

This thread sucks. But it's the Kat's, so what did we expect? I refuse to read it.
