- Fruit massively increases serotonin levels. jgi.

- Mangos and Pears are the best. I would eat 4-5 of each in one sitting. A real Jabba the Hut portion.

- Try eating tons of fruit one day. Don't underestimate it.

- Turmeric helps depression a lot. The herb is cheap....

- Replace grains with greens. Simple advice that has a huge calming effect.

- Cut out: White flour, sugar, soy, MSG and any other chemicals. Eat brown or red rice if you need a grain. Brown rice noodles if yr too busy to cook rice. Alcohol makes you depressed? No shit.

- MSM and Vitamin C help a lot. 10 grams of each a day is nothing. Bulk powders, not capsules.

- Cut out fluoride and caffeine.

- The big secret is fruit fruit fruit, IMO. It's known as the food of the gods.

- Take an anti-parasitic like MMS (Miracle Mineral Solution) That helps my mood a lot..

- I call it the paradise diet. If they didn't grow it in paradise, don't eat it. Don't give it the "fruit doesn't fill me up" schtick. Eat a huge bag of the stuff.

I got rained in, but I'm glad now, maybe

That's all for now... If anyone wants to post their diet I can give some ideas.

Peace on Earth

I went "lean and green", lots of bushes, fruit and fat-less protein. I have lost 50 pounds since Indie saw me last.

Swinging a scythe for the next few months should do some good too.

I dunno. I probably am a hypocrite for falling upon the system for help, but I don't care anymore. The pain is too great to bear in its raw form, and if I have to dilute it with legal prescriptions and professional treatment, fuck it. It's worked for others. Why not me?
You are no hypocrite. If you had a broken leg or a physical illness that was painful, wouldn't you seek medical help and take something for the pain? Why should it be any different with the pain you are describing, why shouldn't you get treatment and help?

You did the right thing, of course you did. Now take good care of yourself, Indy. Best wishes to you.

CB, I am definitely interested in what you're talking about... although I am still unemployed, but I might still be able to arrange something. I'm going to the grocery store today. I'm gunna get some bananas definitely.

Honey. Honey turns bananas and apples and oranges into desert. So good.

We have turned away from nature. A pharmaceutical product has one or two compounds in it. A fruit, way over 10,000. A huge synergy. But a strange mix of arrogance and sheeplikeness makes us believe that IG Farben knows best.

Paradise provides us with bananas, apples, oranges and strawberries and we stick our noses up at it, and run to the loving arms of Taco Bell and Pfizer.
It's our own stupid fricking fault.
Well ya gotta admit that Zyklon B was a pretty successful Farben product.

That belongs in the angel of death thread. Please have some common courtesy.
