And I heard diet sodas are banned in some countries for their brain rotting sugar substitutes. When instructing a person to change their diet, the first thing mentioned is soda. Soda adds this fluffy layer of fat that is added or shed in days and weeks.
Alcohol and Fatttttt
When ingesting food and alcohol, alcohol is processed by the body first. Which is why your body stores more fat when you consume both food and alcohol.
