It's certainly a time to execute a program of civil disobedience as part of a campaign to restore civil liberties, but that's just my vivid imagination, and folks are apathetic, and obese, and all.

If someone can infiltrate the networks and schedule these tests during Dancing with the Stars and American Idol then that might go somewhere. Throw in a few during golf tournaments, just for spite.
