But 3 1/2 minutes of "TESTING" "TESTING" over every ones scheduled programing with strange tones is enough to make everyone go apeshit.

If someone can infiltrate the networks and schedule these tests during Dancing with the Stars and American Idol then that might go somewhere. Throw in a few during golf tournaments, just for spite.
