GAAP "Generally Accepted Accounting Principles" is a beast. In order to be IFRS "International Financial Reporting Standards" , one of the changes needed is reporting items according to fair value. Fair value is a broad term -so corporations will be lured in.


With hardwork and a little luck, we can group them and tax the worlds corporations accordingly.
