Theravada
Re: Theravada
This was enlightening.
If I could get any animal it would be a dolphin. I want one bad. Me and my mom went swimming with dolphins. I was like, 'How do we get one of those?' and she was like, 'You can't get a dolphin. What are you gonna do, put it in your pool?' Miley Cyrus

The Buddha was a liar and a thief!!!
Blessed are the poor in spirit, for they will see God.
Under the shadow of thy wings, Jehovah.
Under the shadow of thy wings, Jehovah.

Re: Theravada
Well if you're not self-centered, you're off-center. If you're not lazy, you're trying too hard. If you're not irresponsible, you're blaming yourself for something you didn't do. If you're not a fool, then you're bound to be a tool.
Who's on first. What's on second. Where's on third. When's at home.
BWWWWWWWAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH FUCK ALL!!!!!
Now go on... ya bother me.

Can't you get hold of some mantras, the Robert Monroe mp3's, or some binaural tones? How important is it to find a quiet place to do this. I am surrounded by squeeky shoes, tv's, and motor mouths.
I use them a lot.
That's a great breakdown of buddhism, Pana. Great that it comes down to one simple core practice. I I need to learn concentration.
I want to get to the stage in meditation where you can lose the body.
