SANTA ANA, Calif. (KTLA) — The family of a man fatally shot by Long Beach police in 2010 was awarded $6.5 million in damages by a federal jury on Thursday.

12 times in the chest and not announcing their presence.

Not too sure, but appears to be murder.

A reasonable person would most likely believe that, so that is why they do not allow these cases in criminal court when ever possible.

I hear people defend the police and blame the man holding a hose for his death despite the police watching him for 15 minutes.

There must be a virus attacking the reason and logic center in human brains.
