Saw the video on ATS , then brought it back up for discussion on ATS to get more attention to it.
Many inquisitive minds chimed in and even contacted the person who recorded the video who stopped by for 1 shit post. The man was using online media at the time to promote his online business rather than care about the situation as evidenced by plastering his website names over the original video.
He claims law enforcement tried to take his camera away and dark vehicles showed up. Which we know could be hype.
People who been first responders claim that his behavior does not match someone with a concussion and is too aware to be disoriented.
The victim in the video name starts name dropping and the participants in the thread links the names to Doctors in rehab and pharmacology.
The thread is like a trailer for Scanner Darkly 2.
