Iceland shut their last McDonald's on 31 Oct '09. The last snack sold by the franchise is on display in a museum and is still intact due to its powerful preservatives.

We need some of that preservative for the planet.

After changing the formula of its products for years, most of McDonald’s hamburgers in the United States no longer have preservatives, the company said.
