OK, lk, here it is...
Use the rep BBCODE. The text between then tags is the rep comment seen when the rep image is moused over.

You see the icon made from lk's rep image.
That's a rep, instead of the word 'rep'. Check todays discussions...
Use the 'rep' BBCODE', in the list above the box where posts are entered.
Click in 'rep', like you do to quote text or put in an image.
Inside the rep tags, [r ep]this is the rep text[/re p], type the rep statement. See first post here.
When someone moused over (cursor on) the rep image, the text is displayed. Again test by mosue over in first post.

If it could find the time it would be cool to keep a list of all rep entries so a list by member could be displayed.
