They lived together in relative peace for millenia. The Jordanians and Egyptians treated the Palestinians like crap. If they killed off the Jews, they'd probably go back to doing the same.

I think what the Israelis are doing is wrong on so many levels. These are people who remember getting their asses kicked for milennia. They've got a piece of real estate now and will do whatever they can to hold on to it. I understand some of their fear. They never should have been put there. I blame the whole fucking thing on the Brits and Americans.

Skunk, people just hate each other. The people at each others throats are usually very close culturally - Greeks and Turks, Turks and Kurds, Suni and Shia, Chinese and Japanese... etc and etc.
