It is the actual ascii code values, some or LC letter values, sone are UC values.

The 4 bits are between the E and V in believe. Makes me wonder.

Just dropping the extra 9th bit seems cheating but it seems to work.

Personally, I think crop circles are alien teenagers doing their own kind of graffiti.

They thing is, why did they send such a short message? They could of sent tons of information into a field.
