News showing the plan to roll out a few USS ships along with Britain. A lot of ignorance surrounding the reaction of the strikes and who can be effected. Is this about surgical strikes on bases for civilian liberty or WWIII?

I speculate a lot of bible heads in the US military convincing themselves they are sinners and carrying out a self fulfilling prophecy.

Religion- the most disgusting thing known to the civilized world...

Then again, it' a hell of a lot more entertaining than Miley Cyrus.

Assad heads to Tehran. Cut and run or line up backup?

Will the US be looking at a 9-11-13 in the near future? People here seem to miss the fact that the US has been pushing countries around for decades and are surprised when someone retaliates.

I'm thinking next week too.

Propaganda is effective on Mondays. Although I wouldn't be surprised if they wait until the NFL season starts.

Could be chest puffing to bring out a preemptive strike or false flag from Syria or their allies.

If that electronic attack stuff is real, can they target Assad with this and give him a subliminal idea to run?

Really could hear the video but it appears to have been comedy.

The Russian missiles, pro US people say no worry. We may find out how good the defense really is or isn't.

Losing a couple of ships would be an eye opener.

The reason why US is pushing for a strike is based on evidence:
'Intercepted calls'

US-based Foreign Policy magazine reported on Tuesday that US intelligence services overheard a Syrian defence ministry official in "panicked phone calls with the leader of a chemical weapons unit" after last week's deadly chemical attack.

"Last Wednesday, in the hours after a horrific chemical attack east of Damascus, an official at the Syrian Ministry of Defense exchanged panicked phone calls with the leader of a chemical weapons unit, demanding answers for a nerve agent strike that killed more than 1,000 people," Foreign Policy reported.

"Those conversations were overheard by US intelligence services," the magazine said in a statement. "That is the major reason why American officials now say they're certain that the attacks were the work of the Bashar al-Assad regime - and why the US military is likely to attack that regime in a matter of days."

Interesting how the condemnation appeared in a certain order. France --> Brittain --> US

You think France has a few special forces there? :)

The Obama administration believes that U.S. intelligence has established how Syrian government forces stored, assembled and launched the chemical weapons allegedly used in last week’s attack outside Damascus, according to U.S. officials.

The administration is planning to release evidence, possibly as soon as Thursday, that it will say proves that Syrian President Bashar al-Assad bears responsibility for what U.S. officials have called an “undeniable” chemical attack that killed hundreds on the outskirts of the Syrian capital.

Hope this is reality and NOT holo deck. I can believe that someone's crazy brother-in-law messed up big time because the Ba'ath party never seemed to be the scholarly type. Hence, Syria's military leaders defecting to defy orders of slaughtering it's own citizens. If this attack evidence is true, the west should give an ultimatum with a relatively short deadline to Syria to give up these real WMDs and possibly create 2 different states. This is reasonable. It would be unreasonable, and grossly negligent, to bomb away VIA Tomahawk which Military Generals admit to being inaccurate.
