It's an old video of two guys in a truck following a guy and gal in a small car. they are making fun of him and talking about screwing with them.
Eventually he stops, they get out with a bat to go at him and the dude levels the game by producing a pistol. He tells them they are stupid, takes there video camera and chunks their truck key away and leaves.
