An admin there knew that the forum admin controls had been used to change the email address so a password reset could be done.

I fuckin' knew it.......I even asked skunk if that was possible.

There is logging, at least I am pretty sure it would show it. I might be wrong about the log. Given the product placement of vBulletin I would be shocked if it didn't.

But don't put much into what I say or think, it has been 'proven' so wrong in the past.

Is that a statement of fact? Or is that just an idea?

The email was changed so a password reset would give someone access. That I understand to be true based on statements but it doesn't matter anymore. The information is long gone so it's not worth trying to know the reality of it.
