Worked late. Didn't see it.
Is there only one video of this? No video shows the lights leaving the area.

I think the only video so far is from a news crew.
Weird how one of the lights goes from dim to bright then at it's peak there is a flash in a separate area.

Locals are saying it is a building under consruction. The some lights are on a crane and a least one is a strobe. Does look like strobe or two. That was one of my first thoughts on the lights.
