For the worker that keeps his responsibility and works smarter to do more work, is not so bad.

Then you have the worker that shovels his/her responsibility away and calls it "smarter", getting a cut of your paycheck.

Many men carve the cylinder then somebody shows up making more money asking you how to push the square. Uck. Don't get me started.
