The act of treason may result in death. I wouldn't be surprised if the CIA and NSA are ahead of the justice system. On another note, we have no idea how spectacular the smoke and mirrors are in this game. As many news sources have mentioned, Republicans have huge incentive to have him as the leaker to take heat off the Russians.
