The prosecutor’s office in Knoxville, Tennessee, says Charles Doty Jr. entered a blind plea to four counts of aggravated assault, stemming from the November 2021 incident. Back then, an employee said it was her first day on the job.

I’m allowed to take these documents, classified or not classified. And frankly, when I have them, they become unclassified. People think you have to go through a ritual. You don’t — at least in my opinion, you don’t.
