Picture wise, Trying to trick some people with a bit of confusion.
As far as the change stuff, half right. The head man can suggest some change and direct. But people don't have any power in it other than voting in leaders to make the change. Same old leaders are not going to change.
A few super rich can get their way but that doesn't help the average person. Yeah, I know MAGAs think otherwise but they are just stupid.
