Didn't like him when he was playing football but when he was a commentator he started calling out the oddities in the NFL plays that made me respect him. I'm thinking the coaching will dive into a mindset of a player that makes them great.

I think a similar pressure fell on the team regarding winning that they couldn't keep as a growing team. But the hype willl benefit the organization for years.
