Yeah well it's a hard job but someone has to do it. Plus it pays pretty good.

The first mistakes by the messiah - thinking he can overrule a bunch of putzes in congress.

That would be mistake 2, giving them what they want. Maybe just tell them politicians aren't on the guest list for your place.

Well I see you haven't read the new Good News. In my rapture all the world's bastards are gathered up into a cosmic piñata for an appearance at Lucifer's coming out party. You're invited to take the first whack.

Most states also add a sales tax to every purchase in the neighborhood of 8 percent. Cities collect property taxes that probably average a few thousand dollars a year for every home owner. The US is taxed and retaxed and then taxed again. The greater problem is that we see fit to spend a trillion dollars a year destroying other countries and killing random people.
That's true - and property taxes, sin taxes on items like cigarettes, parking tickets, tolls, etc. What people don't understand here is, if they don't tax your income they'll get your money some other way.

What I don't understand is why they tax cigarettes around $9-10 a pack in NYC but the roads still look like shit.

If you do the first two I'll call you the third. No problem. I'll also call you douchebag but that's nothing new. ;)
